H3 Support for mode
I would really like to be able to use H3 (Uber’s Hexagonal Hierarchical Spatial Index) in my mode python notebook.
I have tried to pip install the package using:
'! pip install h3 -t "/tmp" > /dev/null 2>&1'
to no avail.
Would it be possible to include H3 support? Would be really useful.
Hi Sam Artingstall
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, due to the Notebook's current architecture, there are some libraries we don't currently support at the moment (such as H3). To that end, we'll be more than happy to add your vote to the conversation. We will reach out if we are able to support this in a future release.
You can also find a list of our supported libraries here: https://mode.com/help/articles/notebook/#supported-libraries
