Conditional formatting for Big Number

Hi, was looking at the Help section and the forum and haven't seen any directions if this is possible.

Just learned how to do conditional formatting for tables within reports, however, was wondering if it is possible with Big Number?

thank you for any help on this!

  • Hi there michael

    Thanks for reaching out! This is certainly possible and could be done with some custom Javascript in which you can input to the HTML editor. Please see the snippet below:

    <script>
    var number = $("#chart_a9c4a065c4a5 .fb-content")[0].innerText;
    if (parseInt(number) > 40){
      $("#chart_a9c4a065c4a5 .fb-content").css("color", "green");
    }else{
      $("#chart_a9c4a065c4a5 .fb-content").css("color", "red");
    }
    </script>

    You can find the example report here:  https://modeanalytics.com/modeanalytics/reports/cbbe44fd2186

    To view the code, you can click on "View Details" -> HTML.

    Please note: The chart ID will correspond to the Big Number used.

  • How could the HTML be structure to handle multiple conditions on the same big number?

    I'm trying to assign specific colors depending on which particular range the big number falls in
